Palos Verdes Golf Club was established under an agreement with the City of Palos Verdes Estates to provide a superior golf and social venue for its residents. Residential property owners always receive first preference for admission to membership in the club. Non-resident members are accepted when there are no residents waiting to join.
PVGC is a not-for-profit corporation. Operations of the Palos Verdes Golf Course and Clubhouse are pursuant to the Concession Agreement in effect with the City of Palos Verdes Estates (PVE). PVGC owns no capital improvements, other than its rights to operate under the Concession Agreement.
PVE Property Owner Application Information
All applications are now for Full Membership. The Associate Golf Membership (AGM) is no longer being offered.To apply, the applicant must be a residential property owner in the City of Palos Verdes Estates. Certain documentation must be provided with the application so as to verify the ownership of residential property.
Non-Resident Property Owner Application Information
We are also accepting applications for Non-Resident Property Owner Memberships.
The membership is subject to a maximum of 600 members. If the membership is full, applicants will be placed on the Regular membership wait list.
Dues, charges, & initiation fees are subject to change by the Board of Directors as approved of the City of PVE.
